MALAS Accumulation Referral Business Plan offers four types benefit to every independent Distributor. These are 1. Distributor privilege discount 10%, 2. Performance Bonus 5% to 20%, 3. Highest equal level achievement Bonus, 4. Leadership Bonus respectively.
 
1. Distributor Privilege Discount 10% :-
 
As a Distributor of MALAS every registered member is entitle to avail 10% discount on every product purchase from MALAS on product MRP.
 
2. Performance Bonus 5% to 20% :-
 
As a Distributor of MALAS every registered member is entitle to earn 5% to 20% performance bonus on BV(Business Value) which originates from every purchase on product distributor price. Every individual Distributor is eligable to earn full performance bonus as per their rank position on generated BV which they gain from own purchase and also eligible to earn differential performance bonus from purchase of downline team as per below mentioned table. MALAS system derives PPV(Price Point Value) from product distributor price and also converts PPV into BV.

3. Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus :-
 
After highest equal level achievement, if side business value(SBV) is equal or more than 40% of highest equal level achiever business value, then the Referee member is eligible to receive 2% Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus proportionately as per performance ratio with other achievers on highest equal level achiever’s business value.
 
 
Highest Equal Level Achievement Condition – 1
 
Let  APPV : Accumulated Price Point Value
&  MPPV : Month basis Price Point Value.
Let consider the under given figure which is showing the team structure of ‘U” of a particular month.
 
      
So as per given above figure, the side business value (SBV) of ‘U’ in a particular month is (3000 + 220 + 100) X 40 BV = 3320 X 40 BV = 132800 BV.
 
And
 
Highest equal level achiever business value (BV) of ‘U’ that means business value of ‘A” in that particular month is 8800 X 40 = 352000 BV.
 
So, 40 % of highest equal level achiever BV of ‘U’ is 352000 X 40 / 100 = 140800 BV which is more than side business value (SBV) 132800 BV of ‘U’.
 
So, as per condition ‘U’ is not entitled to receive Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus 2% on highest equal level achiever’s business value 352000 BV of ‘A’ in that particular month.
 
 
Highest Equal Level Achievement Condition – 2
 
Let  APPV : Accumulated Price Point Value

Let consider the under given figure which is showing the team structure of ‘U” of a particular month.
 
 
So as per given above figure, the side business value (SBV) of ‘U’ in a particular month is (3000 + 220 + 100) X 40 BV = 3320 X 40 BV = 132800 BV.
 
And
 
Highest equal level achiever business value (BV) of ‘U’ that means business value of ‘A” in that particular month is 7280 X 40 BV = 291200 BV.
 
So, 40 % of Highest equal level achiever BV of ‘U’ is 291200 X 40 / 100 BV = 116480 BV which is less than side business value (SBV) 132800 BV of ‘U’.
 
So, as per condition ‘U’ is entitled to receive Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus 2% on highest equal level achiever’s business value 291200 BV of ‘A’ in that particular month.
 
So, ‘U’ will receive 291200 X 2 / 100 = 5824 Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus.
 
 
 
Highest Equal Level Achievement Condition – 3
 
Let APPV : Accumulated Price Point Value
& MPPV : Month basis Price Point Value.
Let consider the under given figure which is showing the team structure of ‘U” of a particular month.
 
 
So as per given above figure and condition---- 
 
‘U’ is entitled to receive 2% Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus proportionately as per performance ratio with other achievers on 7280 PV X 40 = 291200 BV as side business value (SBV) of ‘U’ is (3000 + 220 + 100) X 40 BV = 3320 X 40 BV = 132800 BV which is greater than 116480 BV (40% of 7280 PV X 40) = 40% of 291200 BV = 116480 BV) in this particular month.
 
And
 
‘A’ is entitled to receive 2% Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus proportionately as per performance ratio with other achievers on 3480 PV X 40 = 139200 BV in this particular month as side business value (SBV) of ‘A’ is (2800 + 920 + 560 + 240) PV X 40 = 4520 PV X 40 = 180800 BV which is greater than 55680 BV(40% of 3480 PV X 40 = 40% of 139200 BV = 55680 BV) in this particular month. 
   
Here 2% Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus distribution will be calculate by under described process.
7280 PV = (7280 X 40) BV = 291200 BV
2% Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus on 291200 BV = 291200 X 2 / 100 = 5824 Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus.
So, (7280 + 3480) PV = 10760 PV = 5824 (as per given condition) Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus.
 
So, ‘U’ will receive 7280 X 5824 / 10760 = 3940.40 Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus.
And ‘A’ will receive 3480 X 5824 / 10760 = 1883.59 Highest Equal Level Achievement Bonus.
 
4. Leadership Bonus :-
 
Leadership Bonus :- After 6 numbers highest equal level achievement among direct introduced distributors and able to maintain quarterly minimum 10% business growth , a distributor is eligible to receive 3% leadership bonus on total business value of Company, proportionately as per performance business value(BV) ratio with other achievers.
 
Suppose ‘A”, ‘B’ & ‘C’ three Member distributor are eligible for leadership bonus as they have qualify the criteria “6 numbers highest equal level achievement among direct introduced distributors” and maintaining more than 10% quarterly business growth.
Now in a particular month suppose ‘A’ has earned 1945200 BV, ‘B’ has earned 1594000 BV & ‘C’ has earned 2313200 BV.
Suppose total BV earned by the company in that particular month is 963348800 BV.
 
Then total leadership bonus of that particular month is 963348800 X 3 / 100 = 28900464 Leadership Bonus.
 
And total BV earned by ‘A’, ‘B’, & ‘C’ in that particular month is 1945200 + 1594000 + 2313200 = 5852400 BV
 
So, ‘A will receive in that particular month = 28900464 X 1945200 / 5852400 = 9605833.95 Leadership Bonus.
 
‘B’ will receive in that particular month = 28900464 X 1594000 / 5852400 = 7871529.56 Leadership Bonus.
 
‘C’ will receive in that particular month = 28900464 X 2313200 / 5852400 = 11423100.50 Leadership Bonus.
 
Repurchase requirement for Active Distributorship:-
 
At least Rs.800.00 own purchase per quarter is mandatory for active distributorship. Only active distributors are eligible for earning from MALAS Accumulation Referral Business Plan.
 
Purchase requirement for first earning disbursement:-
 
Earned income from MALAS Accumulation Referral Business Plan will be disburse or adjust as purchase amount only after own purchase of Rs.3051/- through MALAS website "www.malasselection.com".
